2. Peel off the backing of the PadelLift adhesive strip and align it neatly at the center of the racket frame.

3. Press firmly for about 30 seconds to secure the strip in place.

4. Let your racket rest upside down for 24 hours so the adhesive can fully bond.

5. Once set, you’re ready to play, simply tap the ball with the top of your racket and pick it up in one smooth motion.
